Information the extension accesses
The extension accesses campaign content and recipient information you provide, such as names, email addresses, message templates, and personalization fields, only to provide the features you request.
It may access the active Gmail page and related Google services as needed to prepare, send, and display campaign progress. It does not use this access to sell personal information or for unrelated advertising.
How information is used
Information is used to import and manage recipient lists, personalize messages, let you preview campaigns, send messages through your Gmail account, and show campaign status.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact recipients and for the accuracy of the information you upload.
Email and Google user data
Email addresses, recipient fields, subject lines, message bodies, drafts, and sending status are used only to perform the campaign actions you request. We do not use this information for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
Human access to email or Google user data is prohibited except when you give explicit permission for support, when access is necessary to investigate abuse or a security incident, or when required by law. Any such access is limited to what is necessary.
Storage and sharing
Campaign settings and operational data may be stored in the extension or browser storage so the requested workflow can function. Email is sent using your Gmail account and is therefore also handled under your agreement with Google.
We do not sell recipient lists or campaign content. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, support, or comply with legal obligations for the service.
Permissions and account access
Browser and Google account permissions are used only for the extension features described on the product page. You can revoke extension permissions by removing the extension and can revoke connected account access through your Google Account settings.
Retention, security, and deletion
Locally stored extension data can be removed by clearing the extension data or uninstalling the extension. Messages already sent remain in Gmail according to your Google account settings. Limited support, billing, security, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
