Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must use an account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your Gmail account and for keeping it secure.
Acceptable email use
You may use the extension only to contact people you are legally permitted to email. You must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, and marketing laws, honor opt-out requests, and include required sender information.
You may not use the extension for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, deceptive content, unlawful data collection, or attempts to evade Gmail or Google Workspace limits and policies.
Recipient and message data
You retain responsibility for recipient lists, campaign content, and other data you enter into the extension. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to collect, upload, process, and email that data.
Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriate for your campaign. You must keep recipient data accurate, secure, and limited to what is needed.
Google services and sending limits
The extension works with third-party Google services. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's terms, policies, quotas, and technical limits. We do not control message acceptance, delivery, filtering, account restrictions, or changes to those services.
Subscriptions and changes
If paid features are offered, prices, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Site-wide payment and refund terms also apply. Features may be changed or discontinued as the product evolves.
Disclaimer and limitation
The extension is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, RavTechie disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost email, data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when use creates security, legal, platform, or abuse risk, or violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking connected account access.
