14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the product does not meet your needs. Contact us with the purchase email and order details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent the next renewal. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but contact us within 7 days of an unintended renewal and we will review the request fairly, especially where the service has not been used since renewal.
Technical problems
If a verified technical issue prevents normal use, please give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. If we cannot provide a working solution, we will issue an appropriate full or partial refund.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for purchases made more than 14 days ago, substantial usage or consumption of the product, account abuse, violation of our terms, or customized work that has already been delivered. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ravtechie.com with your name, purchase email, order or transaction number, product name, and a short explanation. We normally respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
