Agreement and eligibility
By purchasing or using a RavTechie product, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.
Digital products and licenses
RavTechie provides hosted software, downloadable software, browser extensions, and related digital services. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription fees are charged at the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. You can cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges; access continues until the end of the paid term.
Acceptable use
You may not use our products to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or process content for which you lack permission. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or our services.
Availability and updates
We work to keep our products reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued. If a material change affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Intellectual property
RavTechie and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other product materials. You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service.
Disclaimer and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. RavTechie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
